'American Idol' Winner Nick Fradiani Debuts "Love is Blind" Video

American Idol Season 14 winner Nick Fradiani is forging ahead with the release of the video for his new song, "Love is Blind."

Despite recently parting ways with Big Machine Records, Fradiani debuted the clip -- which features the Connecticut native surprising a newlywed couple at a wedding with an acoustic version of the romantic love song -- at their reception.

It's a sweet moment, as Fradiani sings "I know love can be a scary thing/but you are more than worth it" -- as couples come together to dance with the bride and groom on the dance floor.

From War-Torn Kosovo to American Idol: How Lindita Halimi Lost 130 Lbs.

Lindita Halimi grew up during the war in Kosovo, so eating was an act of survival.

“We never knew when the next time was we were going to eat,” Halimi, 27, tells PEOPLE in this week’s Half Their Size feature. “It was the worst feeling in the world, not being able to eat when you wanted to. So, when the war ended, I ate uncontrollably to make up for all the times that I couldn’t. And it took a wrong turn.”

The singer began eating entire pizzas, family-size bags of candy and almost entire jars of Nutella by herself.

“Everything that’s fattening, I ate it excessively,” she says.

Halimi, who is 5’4″, and goes by just her first name professionally, reached a high weight of 250 lbs.

Remember When Sundance Head Tried His Luck on ‘American Idol’?

Long before Sundance Head made his way to The Voice, he was on another reality singing competition — American Idol. Nearly a decade ago in 2007, the singer auditioned for the sixth season of Idol.
While he placed in the Top 20 on the show, his early audition video had Simon Cowell certain that he’d make it to the finals. At the Memphis auditions, Head performed a beautiful a capella version of “Stormy Monday” and he had all three judges in disbelief.
“Wow,” Cowell said. “Probably one of the best voices we’ve heard on the auditions this year in every way. I’m going to be amazed if you don’t make the finals. I thought it was terrific, well done.”
Paula Abdul raved about his “powerful voice,” while Randy Jackson also praised the singer.
